FAQs

Start by contacting our team to discuss your loved one’s needs, current suite availability, and a personal tour. Availability changes, and a waiting list may apply.

To proceed, we require a completed application, a medical assessment completed by your loved one’s healthcare practitioner, and a $1,500 deposit.

Our Director of Care will arrange an assessment, either in person or by video, to determine whether we can safely meet your loved one’s needs.

If admission is approved and you proceed, the deposit is applied toward the first month’s fee. If our team determines that we cannot safely admit your loved one, the full deposit is refunded.

If you choose not to proceed after the assessment, $500 is refunded and $1,000 is retained to cover the assessment cost.
